Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using HORNFI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and must be permitted to use blockchain and digital-asset software in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of HORNFI is lawful where you live.

2. Current testnet status

The active HORNFI deployment covered by these Terms runs on BNB Smart Chain Testnet, chain 97, and uses tBNB. Testnet tokens and tBNB are development/testing assets and should not be treated as having guaranteed monetary value.

Mainnet or other production deployments may use different contract addresses, economics, risk controls and legal terms. Do not assume testnet settings will carry over unchanged.

3. Wallets and custody

When you connect an external wallet, you remain responsible for that wallet and for every transaction or signature you approve. HORNFI does not receive or control the external wallet's private key.

HORNFI also offers an optional embedded HORN wallet. Email or Google sign-up automatically creates the first wallet account, and users may create or import additional wallet accounts under the same HORNFI login. Each wallet's key material is created or restored in the browser and encrypted locally. Users may optionally enable Secure Cloud Backup, which uploads only an additional encrypted vault ciphertext and wrapped keys. A compatible passkey or HORN recovery code can unlock that backup on another device. You are responsible for keeping wallet recovery phrases, private keys and any HORN recovery code secure and available.

Never send a seed phrase or private key to anyone claiming to be HORNFI staff or support. HORNFI support should not request those secrets.

4. Blockchain transactions

• Transactions are submitted to public blockchain networks and may be irreversible once confirmed.
• You are responsible for checking the network, contract address, amount, slippage, fees and transaction details before submitting an action. For an embedded HORN wallet, submitting the action is the instruction to sign locally. A permitted smart session may allow later calls within its displayed target, selector, duration and spend limits without another owner signature until the session expires or is revoked.
• Network gas is normally paid to the blockchain network and is separate from HORNFI protocol fees. HORNFI may optionally sponsor gas for eligible smart-session calls through a relayer. Sponsorship is discretionary, permission-scoped, rate-limited and may be changed or unavailable.
• Smart-contract calls can fail because of market movement, slippage, gas conditions, paused contracts, wallet state, RPC failures or other technical conditions.
• HORNFI cannot reverse a correctly executed blockchain transaction solely because you changed your mind or entered the wrong amount.

5. Token launches and creators

Creators are responsible for all information, branding, media, links and claims they publish. By creating an Arena challenger, you represent that you have the right to use the submitted name, symbol, images and other content and that your project does not intentionally violate applicable law or another person's rights.

HORNFI does not guarantee that any token will attract backing, reach a launch threshold, graduate to PancakeSwap, maintain liquidity or retain value. Listing or displaying a project does not mean HORNFI has audited, endorsed or recommended it.

6. HORN Arena rules

Arena V2 uses smart-contract rules for project registration, matchmaking, backing, withdrawals, settlement, qualification and launch claims. A battle's configurable economics are snapshotted when the battle is created so later admin changes do not rewrite that live battle's rules.

• Live backing is subject to the battle's minimum, wallet cap, fee and withdrawal-lock rules.
• A project can qualify independently when it reaches the snapshotted qualification threshold, even if it is not the final battle winner.
• The battle winner is determined by the final backing totals under the deployed resolver/vault rules.
• Projects that fail to qualify may retain backing for Second Chance matchmaking. While waiting between battles, the current V2 vault allows backers to leave without an additional Arena withdrawal fee.
• Qualified projects can be launched through the Arena V2 launch executor to PancakeSwap V2, after which backers may claim their proportional token allocation from the vault.

7. Trading and third-party protocols

HORNFI token creation is Arena-only. Before qualification, a challenger is not a live token market. After qualification and launch, the HORNFI interface can trade the launched token through the configured PancakeSwap V2 path and HORNFI trade-fee router where applicable. PancakeSwap, BNB Chain, external wallets, RPC providers and other third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, fees, availability and risks.

HORNFI is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party protocols, wallet software, RPC infrastructure, browsers or blockchain networks.

8. Fees

HORNFI protocol fees and launch allocations are described on the Fees page and, where applicable, encoded in deployed smart contracts. Arena V2 values may be changed for future battles by authorized administration, but each battle snapshots its economics when created. You are also responsible for network gas and any third-party DEX or wallet costs.

9. Community content and acceptable use

You may not use HORNFI to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate the service through abusive automation, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual-property rights, deceive users about wallet/contract addresses, or interfere with another user's access.

HORNFI may remove off-chain content, restrict interface access, pause supported contract functions where the contracts permit it, or blacklist addresses where authorized controls exist when reasonably needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity.

10. No investment, legal or tax advice

Information shown on HORNFI—including market data, Arena rankings, backing totals, social activity and project descriptions—is provided for product functionality and information. It is not investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

11. Risk acknowledgement

Digital-asset software can involve smart-contract bugs, wallet compromise, phishing, token scams, volatile prices, thin liquidity, failed transactions, chain reorganizations, RPC outages and third-party protocol failures. New or unaudited contracts may carry additional risk. Use only amounts you are prepared to lose in a production environment and independently verify contract addresses before signing.

12. Availability and changes

HORNFI may add, remove, pause or change features as the testnet product develops. Interfaces, APIs, market data and third-party integrations may be unavailable temporarily. HORNFI does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every displayed data point will always be current.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HORNFI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of profit, token value, liquidity, uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free smart-contract operation. You remain responsible for wallet security, project research and transaction approval.

14. Updates to these Terms

HORNFI may update these Terms as the platform, contracts, network deployment or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
