Standard curve trades
The current bonding curve charges 1% on buys and 1% on sells. That fee is routed to the configured HORNFI launchpad fee wallet.
TRANSPARENCY · REVENUE
HORNFI's current revenue model is contract-driven. Platform revenue comes from specific launch and Arena flows rather than from user deposits, custody or network gas.
Current BNB Smart Chain Testnet model · 16 September 2026The current bonding curve charges 1% on buys and 1% on sells. That fee is routed to the configured HORNFI launchpad fee wallet.
When a standard bonding-curve launch graduates, 5% of the real native reserve is routed to HORNFI after 85% is allocated to liquidity and 10% to the creator.
On normal Arena V2 settlement, HORNFI currently receives 10% of the accumulated Arena fee vault. The remaining 70% goes to winning backers and 20% to the winning creator.
When a qualified Arena project launches, 5% of its final qualified backing is allocated to the HORNFI fee recipient, alongside 85% liquidity and 10% creator share.
BNB Chain gas is paid to the network. It is not HORNFI protocol revenue.
The current HORNFI PancakeSwap trading path does not add a separate HORNFI swap surcharge after launch. DEX and network economics still apply.
Before graduation, each standard bonding-curve trade can generate the 1% curve fee. Once the real native reserve reaches the active graduation threshold, the remaining reserve is split by the curve's launch economics:
Arena V2 collects its current 1% backing fee and 1% live-withdrawal fee into the battle fee vault. HORNFI does not simply keep the full fee vault on a normal settlement. Instead, the current split rewards the winning side:
If a project independently reaches the battle's qualification threshold, its qualified principal is later split 85% liquidity, 10% creator and 5% HORNFI when the Arena launch executor creates the direct PancakeSwap market.
The current V2 vault assigns an existing fee vault to HORNFI if a battle is cancelled after the battle-end condition. Waiting-project principal itself is not treated as HORNFI revenue and can be withdrawn under the waiting-withdrawal rules while the project remains unqualified.
The live HORNFI environment is currently BNB Smart Chain Testnet and uses tBNB. Testnet balances are for development and testing. Numbers visible in testnet fee-recipient addresses should not be presented as real business revenue or guaranteed future mainnet economics.
HORNFI protocol revenue is intended to support the operation and development of the ecosystem, including infrastructure, product development, security work, moderation, data services and community growth. These operational uses are not currently encoded as a fixed on-chain percentage allocation after funds reach the HORNFI fee recipient.
HORNFI does not currently implement an automatic revenue-share promise to platform users or token holders. Any future revenue-sharing mechanism would require separate contracts, disclosures and terms before it should be treated as part of the product.
The relevant fee destinations and Arena economics are exposed through deployed contract state. Standard curve fees route through the FactoryAdmin launchpad fee wallet, while Arena V2 reads the same administrative fee destination and snapshots battle economics at battle creation.
This structure means users can independently inspect the contracts and transaction history instead of relying only on a marketing description of the fee model.
